Personal Tuition

If you can’t make classes or simply don’t think they are for you, you might want to consider personal tuition. Clients often feel more relaxed in their own environment and don’t have the worry of feeling judged.

PT is very specific: the MBfitness coach will spend time with you understanding your goals/motivation, your likes and dislikes, your medical history and your knowledge/skill level.  This way she can pitch the sessions just perfectly.

During the PT session, you can work on anything that you feel will meet your needs.  Some clients specifically want Pilates sessions or stretching sessions. Others want a combination of cardiovascular work and body conditioning. Others want to tailor their sessions to help with sporting performance.

The trainer will bring with her any equipment that is necessary or utilise things around the home. You will, of course, need enough room to be able to perform the exercises safely. More information regarding etiquette, time keeping etc can be found on the contract agreement.

Personal training costs vary depending on time and day of sessions.  Typically, session costs are £30-40 but watch out for special offers here and on my Facebook site. Deals can often be had for cancellations.
